As we all work to do more with less, learn about project management principles and best practices in this workshop led by local Social Entrepreneur and Dell Program Director, Tarik Aossey. This short, interactive session will break down effective project management to its essential basics, presenting a simple framework that can be used on any type and size of project initiative to help increase success!


Tarik brings over 20 years of experience managing projects and organizations to this short workshop to share best practices with like-minded entrepreneurs and organizations working to solve the world’s pressing social and sustainability challenges. Over his career, he has built an impressive portfolio of international project management, program management office (PMO) and operations expertise across Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial, Mobile, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Utility and Government verticals. Tarik’s experience spans company sizes and types from consulting practices, start ups, non-profits, and small and medium businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises.


Nick is a systems & design thinker, skilled facilitator, and social innovation professional. He is especially passionate about engaging multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex problems across the globe. He most recently worked for the design & innovation firm,, promoting human-centered design throughout the social sector. Nick holds a master's degree in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
