Knitting Round Table - Beginners to Experienced

from Roos Roast Knits

Have you ever watched people knitting and thought that looks like fun? Bring some straight needles (size 8) and some light colored yarn and join us for a knitting adventure. If you already know how to knit, dust off that unfinished project and come along.

I can't remember when I learned to knit but it was a long time ago. I have knit sweaters, socks (toe up and top down), lace, more hats than I can count, scarves, mittens, and gloves. For while, I was into the novelty yarn craze and then felting. I prefer circular knitting where possible and I love wool.

Hi, I just discovered this site. I know the VERY basics of how to crochet and would like to learn patterns (the books and online tutorials confuse me so much). As a beginner will I do okay with this class? Is there an "instructor" or are we very much on our own? Thanks. I love that this is offered!

Hi Erica,
We are not so much a class as a knitting circle. We have two members who just learned to knit so you are most welcome to come along. I do not know how to crochet so if you want to learn those patterns I can't help.
