Meet at Doug Sahm Hill by 7:05. We will ride anywhere from 5-10 miles at a moderate pace and will not drop any riders. Afterwards, enjoy a free yoga class designed by and for cyclists. We may enjoy some swimming or refreshments after class, so come prepared with swim clothing and tip dollars.

I'm still quite the novice yogi.. but I love the results so far!
