
I will demo a cake and talk through and answer questions on successes and failures of cake making. YOU will then get a a 6" cake to "block" and ice the cake while I walk you through the process. Take the tiny cake home to your date that night!
I went to the Culinary Institute for baking and restaurant management...then became a Registered Dietitian. I now am a personal chef at an 80 person dot.com in downtown Austin.
